Overview

Leverin LLC (d/b/a Leverin AI) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of anyone who interacts with our website. This policy describes how to notify us if you believe material on https://leverin.ai infringes your copyright.

The https://leverin.ai website is a marketing site that does not currently host user-generated content. However, we still publish this policy so that any good-faith copyright concern can be addressed promptly.

How to submit a DMCA notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our Site in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our designated contact below. To be effective under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — please include the specific URL(s).
4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Knowingly false notices may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

(Note: Because Leverin does not currently host user-generated content, we are not registered as a DMCA "Designated Agent" with the US Copyright Office. If that changes, we will register and update this page with the agent's information.)

What we will do

When we receive a complete notice that appears to be in good faith, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days.
2. Investigate the claim promptly.
3. Remove or disable access to the material if we determine the claim is valid, or tell you in writing why we believe the claim is not valid.

Counter-notices

Because we do not host third-party user content, the counter-notice process of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) does not typically apply here. If a situation ever arises where it does, we will follow the procedure required by the DMCA.

Repeat-infringer policy

In the appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access for anyone who is determined to be a repeat infringer. Given that the Site is marketing-only with no accounts, this is primarily reserved for any future features that may involve user submissions.
