Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Leverin LLC (d/b/a Leverin AI) is committed to making https://leverin.ai usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice-control software, or keyboard-only navigation.
This commitment is an active, ongoing effort. We take it seriously because we believe good design is accessible design — and because it is the right thing to do.
Standard we are working toward
We are targeting conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 AA is the current industry-best-practice standard for web accessibility and is the benchmark most courts and regulators reference. You can read the standard at w3.org/TR/WCAG22.
We are also aware of the US Department of Justice's April 2024 rule under ADA Title II, which adopted WCAG 2.1 Level AA for state and local government websites. That rule does not apply to Leverin as a private company, but we have chosen a slightly higher target (2.2 instead of 2.1) because it better reflects current best practice.
Current conformance status
Partially conformant. As of the "Last reviewed" date above, portions of the Site do not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria. We are actively identifying and remediating gaps. We will not claim "fully conformant" on this page unless and until an independent audit supports that claim.
What we have done
- Used semantic HTML (landmarks, headings, labels, native form controls) across the Site.
- Ensured keyboard navigation across all interactive elements with visible focus indicators.
- Added descriptive
alttext to all meaningful images andalt=""to decorative images. - Checked color contrast to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
- Added a "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page.
- Run automated accessibility audits with axe DevTools and Lighthouse before each deploy.
- Tested keyboard-only navigation and basic screen-reader flows (VoiceOver on macOS) on the homepage and on the contact form.
What we know still needs work
We maintain an internal list of accessibility items we are working on. A public summary is available on request to accessibility@leverin.ai.
Known limitations as of the "Last reviewed" date include:
- Some decorative animations (subtle motion on section reveals and a background particle effect on the homepage) may not fully respect the operating-system "reduce motion" preference in every case. We are working to audit and gate each of these behind
prefers-reduced-motion. - The discovery-call booking flow is provided by Microsoft Bookings, a third-party scheduler embedded from Microsoft 365. Its accessibility is outside our direct control; we rely on Microsoft to meet their own stated WCAG commitments. If you have trouble using the scheduler, email accessibility@leverin.ai and we will book your call with you directly by phone or email instead.
- Our custom cursor effect on desktop is decorative and not focus-critical, but has not yet been fully audited for users with pointer-precision or tremor conditions.
- The Site has not yet been audited by an independent external accessibility expert.
If you cannot access something
If any part of our Site is not usable for you — or if you need information or a service and our Site is not giving it to you — please contact us and we will help you directly and fix the underlying issue.
Preferred contact (accessibility issues):
- Email: accessibility@leverin.ai — subject line: "Accessibility"
- Phone: (480) 542-7713
We will acknowledge your message within two (2) business days and aim to resolve or respond substantively within ten (10) business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you honestly and give you a reasonable alternative way to get the information or service you need in the meantime.
Alternative access
If you need information from the Site in an alternative format (large print, plain text, over the phone, in a different file format), tell us what you need and we will provide it at no cost to you. We can schedule a phone call with you to answer any question you would otherwise have looked up on the Site.
Our audit and remediation process
We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering task, not a one-time project. Our process:
- Pre-deploy automated checks. Every deployment runs axe DevTools and Lighthouse accessibility checks. We will not ship a page with new critical or serious issues flagged.
- Quarterly manual review. Once per quarter we run a manual keyboard-only and screen-reader pass over the homepage, contact form, and any new pages added since the last review.
- Issue intake. Any accessibility issue reported via accessibility@leverin.ai gets logged and responded to on the response-time targets stated above.
- Remediation log. A short changelog of accessibility fixes is maintained and available on request.
- External audit (when possible). When resources allow, we will commission an independent expert accessibility audit and publish a summary here.
